Whether I’m teaching eighth-grade ELA students, training educators, writing curriculum, or leading creative resilience workshops, I show up fully and authentically.With over a decade of classroom experience, I’ve seen the toll that burnout, behavior challenges, and systemic inequities can take on both students and teachers. That’s why I built Rising Resilience: to equip young people, parents, and educators with the tools to bounce back stronger, lead with emotional intelligence, and thrive in life and learning.I’m also the Executive Director of I Am ABLE (Authentic Best Life Enterprises), and I speak nationally on topics such as mindset, identity, and emotional wellness. My work is rooted in compassion, creativity, and a deep belief that your past does not define your future—but it can shape your purpose.I wear many hats—teacher leader, nonprofit founder, curriculum developer, mom, and Nana—but every role points back to one core truth:We rise by helping others rise.
