The opening up of the Indian economy in the early 90s brought with it many new changes in the way business was done in corporate India. Trade Shows, Exhibitions and Events were yet to become buzzwords. But, around that time, I took a plunge into the world of event management. The day I managed my first trade show and design summit at Mumbai for "Clothesline"- the premier Indian textile & sourcing magazine, I realized where I belonged. My background from the hospitality industry gave me that eye-for-quality, which has always been my guiding force until now.
