Davis Arora serves as the Deputy Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Honeywell, where he is responsible for the day-to-day management of the cybersecurity program and its resources. In this pivotal role, Davis leads initiatives designed to safeguard, detect, and respond to security incidents across the IT, OT, and online services infrastructure. With a robust technology background and strong partnerships with engineering and IT organizations, Davis is dedicated to advancing and refining Honeywell's cybersecurity strategy and services. His guiding principle, “Security is Core,” underscores his belief that a solid strategy begins with a foundational commitment to security, which he passionately communicates to peers across the company and industry. Currently, he manages a diverse and skilled team that encompasses Identity Management, Security Controls and Automation, Incident Response, and Network Security. Together, this team supports a workforce of over and serves a customer base of one million. Davis is known for his boundless energy and dynamic leadership, which inspires those around him. He fosters a positive work environment that encourages innovation and collaboration. On a personal note, Davis is married to his high school sweetheart, and they have three bright and beautiful daughters who fill their lives with joy and energy.
