Our mission is to provide comprehensive real estate services that cover all aspects of the industry for our clients. Our services include representing sellers, buyers, landlords, tenants, and investors. We operate within both the residential and commercial real estate markets. My journey in real estate began during the 2009 real estate downturn. An interesting and challenging time to enter the real estate profession, as the market was shifting and so many professionals were exiting the business. I initially focused on managing and negotiating complex loan modifications and short sale transactions, assisting distressed homeowners and sellers. As the market gradually recovered, my attention shifted towards helping those engaged in more traditional real estate transactions. Over the years I have had the pleasure to have helped thousands of people with their real estate transactions. While navigating through the ever-changing world of real estate, it became clear that Property Management was an overlooked service in our market. Where others miss, we strive to deliver an exceptional experience. With this, we established Oak Canyon Property Management. A firm specializing in full-service property management for all. We manage a portfolio of properties ranging from a short-term, mid-term, and long-term basis, catering to all client needs. Our focus is to consult with our clients, understand their circumstances and guide them as we implement effective strategies to meet their long-term goals. We have the capability to offer comprehensive services across the entire real estate spectrum, regardless of the task at hand. Our extensive experience and tools enable us to provide our clients with a multi-faceted perspective on their real estate assets, ensuring they are positioned most effectively. We have positioned ourselves in the real estate industry to ensure that we are able to deliver our clients efficient and effective solutions for any and al of their needs. In my free time I am a proud family man! My Wife Jessica and 3 daughters fill my time away from work with joy! One of my biggest joys is cooking for family and friends, not to mention eating a great meal! I love sports, especially basketball and baseball, I am a diehard Mavericks and Dodgers fan! I also enjoy motorsports and cars. We frequent the monthly local cars and coffee and any local car shows with, my oldest daughter Everly loves to enjoy with me any chance she gets! I am proud to have earned recognition as one of the top-performing Brokers in both Los Angeles and Ventura County.
