As an Applications Development Scientist at Elemental Scientific, I travel to both domestic and international customer sites to integrate our products into existing chemical analysis workflows, troubleshoot existing systems, and educate clients on best practices for instrument use and maintenance. In my day-to-day role, I collaborate closely with engineers, chemists, software developers, and marketing teams to solve complex problems, identify new opportunities, and support the development of innovative products. I contribute to applications development by customizing, and testing equipment, analytical methods, and workflows tailored to client needs across a range of industries. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Applied Physics & Pre-Engineering and a Certificate in Business Administration from Creighton University. My academic journey has been a dynamic blend of business and science, starting in the Heider College of Business and later transitioning to hands-on research in a nanomaterials engineering physics lab focusing on Dye Sensitized Solar Cells.
