I’m passionate about the intersection of event management and emergency preparedness—making sure that events run smoothly, safely, and with an outstanding guest experience. Currently, I’m pursuing a B.S. in Emergency & Disaster Management, as well as a Master of Project Management at Western Carolina University while working as an Operations Assistant at the Ramsey Regional Activity Center. In this role, I manage daily facility operations, design event layouts, and coordinate logistics for a wide range of campus and community events. My focus is on balancing service and safety, ensuring every event is both successful and secure. I’ve also gained valuable experience as an intern at the John W. Bardo Fine & Performing Arts Center, where I supported artist engagements, seamless performances, and emergency protocol reviews. Alongside my professional work, I hold certifications including North Carolina EMT-Basic and Crowd Management, which strengthen my ability to perform under pressure and respond effectively to challenges. My goal is to continue building a career where event operations and emergency management meet, contributing to safe, resilient, and memorable experiences for all.
