I am a seasoned professional with 10+ years of pre-hospital emergency care and team leadership experience in various sectors. Currently, I am a Paramedic Field Training Officer with Williamson County EMS and the Owner/CEO of Hydrelief. Under my leadership, I supervise, train, and mentor staff members. I also manage operations and develop strategic business plans. In addition, I liaise with senior leadership, patients, and cross-functional teams to ensure the operational support structure of each organization is continuously driving forward.
