About Davy Leboa

Economist and project analyst with 17 years of professional experience. I started my career as a project manager with the Agence Française de Développement (AFD) Group, an international financial institution and the French government's main economic cooperation hub in Africa. During my time at AFD Congo, I was involved in the operational implementation of the following infrastructure projects Container terminal of the Autonomous Port of Pointe-Noire, Road of the Corniche of Brazzaville, Construction of 04 Professional Training Centers, Drainage of rainwater of the city of Brazzaville, & urban sanitation - as well as in the sustainable exploitation of forests and the follow-up of carbon and climate change issues. Then, I joined the Telecom Regulatory Authority of the Republic of Congo where I had the privilege from its genesis to coordinate several construction projects during the last twelve years: Intelligent and Technical Buildings, Data Centers of international level, the acquisition of technical equipment and logistical support of telecom projects between Brazzaville, Pointe-Noire, Dolisie and Ouesso. Today, I am working in a more regional perspective in Central Africa. One of the beautiful regions of the world with its extraordinary potential of opportunities and natural resources. As an Associate Director at Central Africa Link, our missions are : Develop winning partnerships with government institutions in Central Africa Act as a business facilitator between governments and private investors for high value-added projects Accompanying international investors seeking investment opportunities in key economic sectors such as: Energy, Mining, Infrastructure, Industry, Agro-Industry, Telecoms To ensure a technical watch for the emergence of projects requiring international expertise To accompany technically the development of the projects in their starting phase.
