I am a technical solutions specialist for the Advanced Solution Center in the Dublin hub for Hewlett Packard Enterprise. My current role tasks me with finding technical solutions for our datacenter and mission critical customers, enhancing their customer experience while demonstrating a high level of professionalism. The solutions we offer are wide and varied and span servers, storage and networking systems. My drive and my thirst for knowledge allow me to be on top of technical developments and trends which could improve entire environments to work more efficiently and ecologically. The IT field is continually changing and technologies are improving rapidly, which requires a constant mindset of reinventing yourself and what you know. Learning and adapting is key in this field, which is why i love it. The varied nature of IT makes for an interesting learning experience and keeps you entertained throughout your career, never a dull moment.
