I work within an Agile system, participating in retrospectives, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups, which allows me to continuously improve CSM processes. I serve clients from various sectors, including heavy manufacturing, automotive, FMCG, wholesale, IT, and modern technologies, enabling me to flexibly and effectively adapt strategies to the specific needs of each. My commitment to onboarding new clients and providing them with support at every stage of implementation is a key aspect of my work.
