About Dawn Allman

Starting my career in the food industry (in food technology and new product development roles), I then diversified into consumer care enabling me to develop my office skills before joining HEART of ENGLAND fine foods, the regional food group for the West Midlands, and expanding my areas of expertise. I added HR management to my skill set whilst at Infoteam. I have now joined the charity sector working at the National Trust. I am an experienced, self-motivated administrator able to work alone or as a team member. Having excellent oral and written communication skills, I am enthusiastic and friendly but also focused to ensure high standards are maintained and deadlines are met. Confident liaising with external businesses, members of the public and my colleagues as part of my normal 'day' work and when co-ordinating specific activities and events. I am proficient in Excel, Word and CRM systems.
