My scope of responsibility includes driving annual sales of $6M and overseeing a team of 100 direct/indirect reports, including terminal managers, supervisors, and full-time hourly associates, across 8 restaurants and 4 bars with an emphasis on delivering selling behaviors that consistently result in higher associate and customer engagement. Prior to 2001, I worked for Travel Centers of America as a Restaurant Manager.
