I’ve spent my career helping people work better together — across cultures, teams, and industries — and I’ve learned that strong relationships, clear purpose, and practical solutions move everything forward. I came to Practical Packaging because that’s what they do and what they help others do. As National Accounts lead, I help complex, fast-moving companies with what matters most - their people, their purpose, and the amazing products they move to markets around the world. Working with a team of professionals with decades of industry experience, I help companies deliver on their promises. I’ve always been drawn to work that helps people collaborate around a common purpose to achieve great results. At PPSI that means designing and delivering creative solutions that help teams find efficiencies, align rapidly changing markets and supply chains, and deliver the quality and care their customers expect. My clients and colleagues have consistently described me as someone who responds quickly, listens deeply, and thinks strategically. I love understanding how things really work — on the floor, in a system, or between people — and finding practical, creative ways to make that work better. The world changes fast and so does our work. But some things must not change. That’s why the heart of my work remains what it’s always been: to help people build trust, connect to shared purpose, and deliver on their promises because I’ve kept mine.
