Currently working as Customer Service Manager / scheduler at EGI for the last 3 years. Stepped into this role and continue to manage all of the IT needs as well. This position comes with a variety of different functions ranging from order entry to monthly forecasting and of course job / shop orders. Meeting customer orders from time of order placement to shipping. A very wide range of responsibilities. A dedicated and logical information technology professional with extensive experience in all aspects of systems administration, hardware/software, network/database administration, implementations, migrations, troubleshooting, help desk support, and technical support. Leverages strong analytical skills to assess existing processes and solve problems quickly, streamlining operations and making substantial contributions to the lasting success of an organization. In the last 12 years I've learned a variety of skills in the IT field. I'm always willing to accept a challange and love to learn. I wore many hats at my previous job from, help desk support to server administration. My daily responsibilities were mainly Server Administration, Daily data backups/recovery, Security Group Creation, Active Directory Administration, Call Pilot, VMWare, PC Support, LAN/WAN Support, Network Switches, Printers (lasterjet & thermal), Troubleshooting of Hardware/Software, Installation of Software, PC Image Creation, Windows XP, 7, Windows Server 2003 and 2008R2
