I have a diploma in Early Childhood Education and Teaching, and I am currently pursuing a diploma in Human Resources Management and Services, which enhances my skills in communication, conflict resolution, and performance management. In my most recent role as a Customer Service Manager at FairSquare Group Realty, I oversaw the daily operations of the Customer Service department, Showings Services Team and Offer Dispatch Team and implemented policies and procedures to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
