Managing customer improvements in the Federal Government and Commercial industry, ranging from 50 thousand to over 3 million, in a fast paced & quick changing environment. Driving revenue growth by successfully leading projects and maintaining budget allocations. I have performed an essential role to ensure that projects remain on task and that leaders are provided the information and tools necessary for the organization to succeed. Accomplished with changes in company, customer, and project demands. Skilled at keeping team morale high while meeting aggressive deadlines and complex project requirements I have consistently demonstrated the ability to manage project tracking, formulate solutions and engage with others, ensuring proactive steps towards building a collaborative team-oriented culture within organization. I have worked with both the construction and project management leadership teams on project site requests; submittal of COIs; costing reviews; close-out packages; notarizing documentation; and other special projects as assigned. Throughout my years I have become knowledgeable in a variety of systems which have assisted me in understanding the customers needs, and also the importance of accurate project costing and financial tracking. Additionally, I have also played an integral role to ensuring that specific projects remain on task and that leaders within the organization are provided the information and tools necessary to be successful.
