For the past 7+ years I have thrived as a District Technical Manager and Customer Engineer for Hewlett Packard Corporation and I have produced exceptional personal performance, Net Promoter Scores and Total Customer Experience ratings for HP’s prestigious Indigo Division. I was Hewlett Packard’s FIRST and only female Customer Engineer worldwide with responsibility for setting-up, maintaining, and servicing industrial and commercial high speed and web-fed digital printing equipment for many of HP’s most profitable accounts. As a District Technical Manager, I have succeeded in training, mentoring, motivating, and leading a team of 16 Field Service Engineers servicing high profile clients across a five-state North Atlantic District In each of these positions I have delivered exceptional results across all areas of technical service, team leadership, and customer satisfaction. I consider myself to be a confident, assertive manager and consummate customer advocate with a collaborative, lead-by-example management style. In addition to a life-long drive to succeed in everything I do, I have earned a well-deserved reputation for working as part of a team to overcome customer challenges, reduce service-to-customer costs, grow revenues, retain customers, and help companies succeed. Honesty, loyalty, perseverance, integrity, team-building, and outstanding problem-solving form the foundation of my leadership, management, and customer engineering success.
