I have been in Healthcare for 16 years and its something that is consistently changing and growing. I learn something new everyday. Its my job to keep current on whats going on so I can best serve my patients and my co-workers. Its very rewarding when you can help a patient enroll in a health plan or provide them with information on hospitals or healthcare providers that will expect their plan without getting a huge bill. I'm very enthusiastic about how I can help people. In addition, I have excellent customer service skills, verbal and written communication skill,I am reliable and have a proven track record of meeting deadlines, being highly organized, and efficiently prioritizing and handling multiple tasks. My goal is to continue to be in a challenging position allowing me the opportunity to utilize my talents and skills by providering them with great customer service.
