With over 25 years experience in the Telecoms Industry taking on roles including Product Manager and Industry Engagement Manager, I am now a Policy and Strategy manager at Openreach, where I play an integral part in the Exchange exit programme. I am passionate about bridging the gap between technical and operational worlds, with clear explanations of requirements, data and benefits.
