My journey has been defined by a commitment to helping all students achieve their full potential, guiding both my professional practice and personal growth. With a Ph.D. in Educational Administration and extensive experience across various institutions, I have honed my ability to support students and educators alike in navigating the complexities of academic life. Recently, I served as a Facilitator for Faculty Professional Development at Lumen Learning, where I led initiatives that enhanced a sense of belonging among students through evidence-based practices. My work as a Subject Matter Expert has shaped curriculum development and contributed to securing substantial funding for transformative educational programs aimed at supporting underserved populations. Throughout my career, I have consistently prioritized student success and well-being. From increasing tutoring accessibility and retention rates at Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne to mentoring first-year students in their transition to college, I have implemented innovative strategies that cultivate community and support among underserved populations. I believe in the power of reflection and continuous learning. My ongoing commitment to personal and professional development fuels my passion for creating environments that nurture growth and success for all students.
