I’m a strategic, people-first HR executive with over two decades of experience leading workforce transformation, compliance alignment, and operational excellence, primarily in the federal contracting space.Currently serving as Director of Human Resources at TQI Solutions, I oversee the full spectrum of people operations including talent strategy, workforce development, HRIS systems, performance management, and organizational culture. My background spans leadership roles at several federal contracting firms, where I’ve built HR infrastructures that scale with growth, stabilize teams, and keep compliance tight without becoming a barrier to business.I hold both the SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications, a Bachelor’s in Human Resource Management from Troy University, and I’m currently completing the Strategic Financial Analysis certificate from Harvard Business School Online, expanding my ability to align workforce strategy with financial performance and business value.
