My role as a Senior IT Leader & Technical Program Manager is to bring diverse perspectives and collaborate effectively with business unit executives to enhance corporate supply chain systems.At Sears, my responsibilities encompass creating architectural diagrams to facilitate cross-functional discussions and developing solutions to business needs that translate into technical specifications for engineering teams. I manage multiple projects, including the onboarding of new B2B customers and coordinating EDI testing among various EDI VANs. My leadership extends to a team of six FTEs across supply chain initiatives, ensuring seamless integration and execution of complex IT projects.
