About Dawn Drouin

With more than 20 years’ experience in systems analysis, product optimization, and project management I continue to find rewarding work in building a successful career driving business through systems and application analysis, and product-related functions- Solid foundation in product and data analysis: As a senior systems analyst, I have engaged in a number of related functions, including requirements gathering, user needs analysis, and product releases and updates. A swift learner of complex concepts, I am eager to broaden these competencies- Effective communication: I am adept at building relationships, establishing a consensus and a shared sense of purpose. I am known for my ability to build confidence with stakeholders, colleagues, users, and customers. I leverage a data-supported and rational approach to motivate a team and drive projects forward- Ongoing development: My current organization is undergoing the transition to a SAFe/Agile environment; as such, I have completed fundamental training and continue to contribute to change management efforts. I am gaining a deeper understanding of Agile methodologies that translate well into any product role. Outside of work, you’ll find me kayaking, traveling, reading, home brewing, and cooking.
