About Dawn Dunsmore

I work with organizations that support caregivers in two main ways. When I work directly for the organization, I help increase employee engagement and reduce burnout through mindset and self-care coaching. When I work with individuals who are recovering from being a caregiver, usually for family, I help them rediscover and reconnect with who they are and redesign their lives to be extraordinary. For caregivers still in the trenches, I give a free workshop called Taking Care of i in Giver: Non-traditional self-care advice from a serial family caregiver. I am nearly always studying something because I once heard an idea that said: Redwoods and Sea Turtles live so long because they never stop growing physically. Humans cannot keep growing physically, and stay healthy, so they need to grow in another way. So, never stop learning, it is the only healthy way for humans to keep growing.
