I am performance-driven and dynamic leader with commendable expertise in project/program management, strategic planning, policy development, resource optimization, and stakeholder engagement within high-profile organizations. Leveraging my team leadership capabilities, I provide training and coaching to staff to facilitate professional development of individuals and ensure organizational success. My strategic relationship building allows me to foster positive working relationships with external stakeholders with goal to create a robust professional network. Using my operations management skills, I administer business operations by leading and coordinating activities aligned with set goals, objectives, and policies. To drive process improvement and optimize workflow, I devise and implement strategies and management approaches. In my previous role working as Manager, Air Traffic Services (ATS) Quality & Standards in NAV CANADA, I managed controllers, team supervisors, and tech-ops and performance and development opportunities to assure delivery of safe and cost-effective Air Traffic Services to customers. Moreover, I coordinated MOU for airspace procedures during wildfire and oversaw reporting processes. Academically, I have MA degree in Professional Communication from Royal Roads University, Victoria, Canada. During my career, I have achieved awards of President's Award from Williams Lake Wildfire, NAV CANADA in 2018 and Chairman’s Award for Employee Excellence, NAV CANADA 2005. My expertise lies in identifying opportunities to attain goals, and finding suitable solutions have enhanced my abilities and allowed me to offer noteworthy contributions to company success.
