Young professional with a passion to make people happy. I am very career driven and motivated. I am looking to bring my skills of customer service to the table and elevate the experience of where I am. I am a graduate of Elizabeth Grady School of Esthetics in Medford Massachusetts. I studied esthetics as well as becoming a makeup artist in their program. I am goal oriented and team driven. I am most confident in leadership where I can uplift team morale and assess customer or client needs as well as attending to my teams needs and making sure we are on track to elevate experience. I enjoy communicating with a team and making a plan of goals that we are able to execute while bringing customer or client satisfaction. I have 10 years of customer service experience and I am learning new techniques everyday to ensure the forwardness of my skill set so I am able to bring the best version of myself to the table everyday.
