About Dawn Hall

As a servant leader with a growth mindset, I am known as an authentic, credible leader who builds and motivates teams to achieve results. With over 34 years in the insurance industry, I have developed deep expertise in Insurance Operations and Information Technology, including strategic initiatives focused on Digital Transformation. I have a unique blend of business and technical acumen which has served me well as I have led Product teams focused on achievement of key business outcomes. I served as Assistant Vice President, Digital with strategic and execution responsibilities for State Farm's digital capabilities, digital strategy and transformation. I helped to lead the transition from project management to product management. I was responsible for building an internal User Experience Design practice and expanding this critical skill set within State Farm. This set a strong foundation for State Farm's digital transformation and focus on the customer experience. I was most recently responsible for Customer Experience product teams focused on modernizing State Farm's P&C shopping experience. I previously led State Farm's Enterprise Telematics product suite, including the strategic launch of a redesigned mobile application and adoption of public cloud. I retired from State Farm effective 10/1/21 and am currently an Executive Counselor with Info Tech Research Group. I work with leaders of P&C carriers and brokers/MGAs to help IT achieve their goals in support of business transformation.
