About Dawn Haw

I am a CPA that loves solving problems, currently enjoying my time as a manager in A&A at BDO Canada. My position provides me with the opportunity to work with a variety of businesses in different industries. I have experience with ASPE, ASNPO, and IFRS clients working on compilations, reviews, audits, and advisory work. My focus has been on IFRS and public companies and I plan to continue developing my skills in this area. My work and education experience focused on leadership and teamwork, so I understand the importance of celebrating differences and combining strengths to build a powerful team. Working with people from a variety of personal and professional backgrounds presented me with different perspectives and strengthened my communication skills. As a result, I am able to gain a better understanding of peoples’ needs and interests by developing meaningful connections, and I am eager to use these skills to help clients.I believe that continuous learning is important and I like to develop my knowledge whenever possible through pursuing education, building relationships, or seeking advice from others. I am a quick learner and I love finding creative ways to improve myself and my work.
