About Dawn Hill

Bachelor's Degree - Social Work Nearly twenty-three years of retail banking operations and security/ fraud investigation experience. Was hired as a customer contact agent for a local bank. Within three months the job was transferred to another location. I was transferred, and began processing returned deposit items. I did this for several years. During those years II had an opportunity to work closely with the Security Department on multiple cases of fraud. This allowed me to hone my research skills and develop a passion for fraud investigations. In 2001, I accepted a position as a Research Coordinator. In this position I assisted customers with their research needs, as well as processed garnishments, IRS levies, child support orders and subpoenas. After approximately six months, I was promoted to Research Supervisor. In 2006, I was offered a position as Electronic Banking Manager. I accepted the position and responsibility for the bank's fleet of ATMs, debit card portfolio, ACH processing and business online banking support. In 2007, I earned my Accredited ACH Professional certification. As of 2013, I will be adding bank security to my resume. In January 2017 I was named as Security Director for Liberty Savings Bank. In 2021, oversight of BSA administration was added to my responsibilities. I love my line of work and hope to continue a successful career in the industry.
