About Dawn Krusch

WELCOME TO MY POSITIVE PAGE! My biggest passion is people! From an early age my ability to connect with others led me to new opportunities across the world. My continued goal is to drive organizational results by positively impacting teams and culture. I am passionate about generating a knowledge sharing community where purpose-driven leadership drives management and team success. In my current role as Leadership & Organizational Development Specialist, I use my knowledge and education in assisting and supporting the professional growth and development for leaders and employees at all levels of the organization. I take pride and gratitude in having the opportunity to advance others in their knowledge, skills and abilities in a rapidly changing workforce. When you invest in your employees, your employees invest in you! I get excited about opportunities where I can travel different parts of the world, assist others in building their personal and professional skills, while focusing on intercultural competence and emotional intelligence.
