After working for the State of New Mexico District Courts for eight years, I have added to that over twenty years experience as a Project Manager, Justice Systems Analyst, Senior Business Analyst, Court Consultant, Account Manager, and Court Automation Consultant for public safety and justice software companies. Experienced in all levels of project management, software implementation and training, best practices recommendations, consultative analysis, quality assurance, testing, customer support I have also provided sales support for industry conferences, demonstrations and proposal responses and product strategic planning in collaboration with marketing, development and executive management. I have extensive experience documenting detailed software release notes, system documentation, business requirements, workflows, software requirements specifications, software design and technical specifications to the level of detail and accuracy necessary for competent, accurate and thorough delivery. In addition, system implementation support includes business process reviews, adaptive analysis, training and go-live support. I also have experience with maintaining client accounts, upgrade, services and enhancement price quotes, statements of work, change orders, billing, revenue reporting.
