About Dawn Lee

Whilst being promoted to Operations Manager within an Employability and Training private provider putting into use my 20 years’ experience with in Training, Education and Business Development environment, I have significant experience of being party to gaining contracts, through tendering, procurement, contracting and development. With experience of implementation and delivery of programmes and contracts such as A4E, AEB, SSU, Apprenticeships, Links to Work, SSW, Community Learning, FRW, New Deal, ILM, and Employability programmes including WOW4NEET (Ways of Working for Ex-offenders). Developing Business Plans, QIP, SAR with ongoing improvement and development plans, participating in funding management, developing opportunities to further increase the company income and numbers of learners through our AEB training, employability and Links to Work programmes. Engaging with partner agencies to further build and increase the company profile through networking and building on already established partnerships with DWP/Job Centre Plus, Schools, Local Authorities, Employers and Private and Third sector partners. Strategic development and economic growth through sustainable development through forums, membership, partnership working and management of staff.
