About Dawn Lee

For the past six years, I have owned and operated a successful Fitness Machine Technicians franchise in Washington state. During that time, I’ve led commercial contract negotiations, built efficient systems for service delivery, and trained staff to represent our brand with excellence. I also served as President of the Franchise Advisory Council, collaborating with corporate leaders and fellow owners to strengthen national operations. What sets me apart is my ability to successfully run my business while traveling full-time in an RV. This lifestyle has given me the unique opportunity to connect with a wide range of markets and meet franchisees in diverse settings. I’ve learned to adapt quickly, maintain high performance remotely, and stay deeply connected to my team and customers—all while building strong relationships visiting different business locations.
