INTERNATIONAL CREDIT CONTROL NOVA CHEMICALS (t/o 300 m)- Reducing worldwide debt in the Oil and Chemical industry within SAP accounting environment. PROCESS IMPROVEMENT Surveyors Practice -(t/o 4.5 m)- Recruited to assess customer credit risk, improve credit control processes, manage the credit control function. Reduced debt over 90 days from 1 m by 60% in 18 months. REDUCING DEBT BETWEEN BANKS LLOYDS LEASING and client bank as a result of a merger Reducing debt from 4m to 2m over a period of 9 months to include client visits throughout the U.K. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT GUILDCROFT -(t/o 1 m ) Built industrial business from scratch to net profit of 180 K.(40 employees) Acquisition of industrial organisation from 4 to 38 employees.
