I’m an experienced educational leader, gifted specialist, and literacy expert with a passion for providing professional learning and collaborative coaching support that engages, challenges, and empowers teachers to grow their instructional practices. With a strong foundation in classroom instruction, curriculum writing, and district-level leadership in the North Texas area, I guide educators in creating differentiated instructional units that blend rigor, creativity, and critical thinking. As an adjunct professor at Dallas College and a doctoral candidate studying the relationship between school leadership and student achievement, I bring both research-driven insights and real-world strategies to every collaboration.
