About Dawn MacIver

Grew up in Edinburgh, graduated and travelled in the states and then moved to the beautiful Scottish Borders-but still spend most of my time in the town. I have had a wonderful career to date and feel quite privileged, providing an exceptionally wide range of management skills in a diverse range of businesses. All of which I am very grateful for. Based in senior management, I have exampled Business strategy and development, organisational training & development, retail, marketing/sales and high level event management. Having several years’ experience of recruitment consultancy also. Strong sales performance being a constant thread in all positions. Along with a healthy work environment, this has given me tremendous business knowledge across the board, clarity of business needs and an ability to develop strong business relationships in addition to those already in place. The backbone of all a disciplined, organised and positive approach to procedures and staff. Attention to detail is everything. It's the people that matter - what we provide and how we work together is crucial. Always. People centric industries are where I thrive. Worked on a little project during the Pandemic with Dizzy Bluebell. But absolultey loving my career move to PURE Spa & Beauty in 2021.
