With over a decade of international teaching experience in primary school and early years education, my journey has been an eye-opening exploration at the juncture of education, wellness, and mindfulness. Throughout my career, I've witnessed numerous challenges faced by children, particularly emotional struggles that underscore the critical necessity for mindfulness practices. The prevalence of these issues has strengthened my conviction in the profound need for integrating mindfulness into education, as it equips children with invaluable tools to navigate and overcome these emotional hurdles. My dedication to mindfulness education led me to acquire additional qualifications in kids' yoga and mindfulness instruction. I've had the privilege of integrating mindfulness practices within the academic fabric of three different schools, witnessing firsthand the transformative impact these tools have on students' focus, emotional regulation, and overall well-being. Moreover, I've designed and facilitated mindfulness workshops tailored for parents, empowering entire communities with strategies to navigate life's complexities with greater ease and awareness. As a yoga instructor specialized in core strength vinyasa yoga, I've woven together my passion for physical health and mental well-being, fostering a holistic approach to personal growth and resilience. To complement my teaching and mindfulness background, I've expanded my expertise into wellness coaching. Armed with a life coaching diploma specialized in wellness, I guide individuals in discovering their paths to holistic health and fulfillment. Additionally, my studies in Ayurveda massage and Reiki reflect my commitment to holistic healing practices, nurturing a comprehensive understanding of mind-body wellness. My passion lies in integrating mindfulness seamlessly into educational settings to equip children with essential coping tools for life's challenges. I am dedicated to empowering individuals, whether children or adults, with the necessary skills and insights to thrive in today's dynamic world.
