About Dawn Mroczkowski

I was raised on a small family dairy farm. There are very few individuals who have the opportunity to say this anymore, as most families are many generations removed from a family farm. It was on our farm I learned many morals and life lessons that helped build me into the person I am now. For example, I grew up watching my Grandpa and Dad work sunrise to sunset everyday. I learned the importance of hard work through them. I've always put my work ethic towards every aspect of my life from high school sports to our FFA chapter. I proudly served as a FFA officer for three years, a 4-H officer for two years, I was apart of the National Honor Society in high school, and Phi Theta Kappa during my college years. Being hardworking is only one of many characteristics I obtained from growing up on a dairy farm. I, also, discovered a passion for dairy farming through the years, and everyday learned more and more about the industry. It was no surprise to any of my family and friends when I decided to pursue a college degree in agriculture. I attended Fox Valley Technical College for an Associate's Degree in Agriculture & Technology, and I mainly focused on the dairy industry, animal health, genetics and reproduction. I, often, took what I learned in the classroom and applied it to my family farm which helped me take everything I was learning to the next level. I'm not currently looking for a job, but I'm always open to opportunities.
