An enthusiastic and committed HR Adviser with a wealth of experience, in various sectors. Working within the Retail, Manufacturing, Engineering and Financial Services sectors, I have gained strategic project planning knowledge, having played a key role in the implementation of a new HRIS (Cascade) working closely with Cascade developers overseeing the data transfer during and once fully implemented. Key role in the implementation of an Appraisal and behaviours/competency framework working closely with an outside consultant and building relationships with staff and senior management and director team through workshops to gain their opinion and suggestion, all workshops were coordinated and facilitated by me and led jointly by the consultant. Led a forum for Corporate Social Responsibility initiative promoting flexible working and other well-being benefits such as discounted therapy sessions and subsidised Gym membership, Green issues such as cycle to work scheme and car share, recycling scheme and energy saving tips. Organised charity events to raise funds for three local charities, working closely with stakeholders within the community to gain their support by offering our custom and gaining staff discounts. Working with local schools in providing work experience placements. Also experienced in Recruitment/Induction, Restructures, Redundancy, Disciplinary and Grievance, Employee relations, TUPE, Absence Management, Health & Safety, Staff forums and Exit interviews.
