About Dawn Perks

I manage the administration and development of the quality management system whilst supporting the introduction of new schemes. I introduce new and update existing processes through the review and creation of documentation to new and existing staff whilst leading the implementation of policies and procedures in new and existing schemes. I assist with maintaining FoodChain ID's accreditation and BRC KPI rating through regular testing of the company’s systems and processes to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement. I manage and administer the Auditor witness audit programme for accredited programmes. I oversee new auditor registrations and lead our internal auditor programme. I also participate in the Quality Management Team and act as Secretary to our Governance Committee.
