I am skilled in digital and print U.S. policy and SOP governance, management, and content strategy, including: Content design, digital policy template creation, author guidelines, editorial guidelines, and creating review and approval processes. Managing the lifecycle of new policy and SOP development (and revising existing policies and SOPs) with cross-functional teams - seamlessly incorporating multiple levels of feedback and keeping colleagues engaged and on-track throughout the process. Leading and deploying content initiatives resulting in 1) successful collaborations with business partners and 2) alignment with FDA regulations and business processes. I enjoy making content strategy, creation, and revision efficient and pleasant for all involved. Platforms: Veeva PromoMats, Tableau, Inkling, and a variety of content management systems.
