About Dawn Rawn

When I commit to a company I am looking for an opportunity where I can be recognized as more than just an employee with a role to fill. I will ensure that I get my duties done well and in a timely manner; but I also enjoy being given opportunities to organize fundraisers or assigned projects that allow me to share my input into how we can operate better. I'm a dedicated employee who will give it my all. I enjoy seeing businesses thrive and working collaboratively with others to make sure that everyone feels inspired by the same vision and needs. When interacting with customers I also look for ways to develop personal and professional relationships. I want to engage in more than just small chat so people feel a sense of appreciation and value in dealing with our company and staff, compared to another local competitor. I am able to do this because I work well with others and have a natural curiosity to be personable in all interpersonal communications. There's also a lot of artistic energy that comes from having me as an employee. I have a creative sense on how to problem solve, even in the most difficult and despairing situations. It's hard for me to not stay positive - even in the most challenging circumstances. I will find a way to overcome any challenge and help others see the hope in being able to achieve any deadline or goal that we share.
