About Dawn Simmons

I am passionate about being a Financial Advisor because it provides me the opportunity to change lives. Recently I overheard an exchange between a Korean War veteran and his wife while shopping. This man served his country and now, in his retirement, is living on his military pension and Social Security benefits. He believed, like many people, that he would have enough income to support himself and his wife in his golden years. The reality, however, is heartbreaking as the two discussed which to buy for the month, shoes for him, or the household items they needed. My passion is to work with people to make decisions now, so they don't have to make heartbreaking decisions later. I enjoy working with professionals, entrepreneurs, military members, young families and veterans. I partner with you to identify your goals and assist you in developing wealth strategies that will serve you into your retirement years. I've been in the Ventura County area since 1991. I volunteer with by local Animal Services department by fostering difficult to place dogs, working to develop behaviors that enable them to become adoptable loving members of a family. I am on the Board of Directors for the Camarillo Chamber of Commerce.
