With 30 years of experience creating content, I understand how to build a strategy that crosses platforms and works across modes and methods of communication. At PatientPoint, I lead content strategy and direct creative execution for our platform of clinician-facing digital devices. I do this by thinking critically and proactively, to produce and refine ideas for best-in-class, next generation content. People- and the satisfaction of the team- are elemental to the success of PatientPoint's digital platforms. I focus on managing with empathy, collaborating on ideas, and setting expectations. Creating great content requires vision, art direction, writing, editing, producing, and publishing- while never losing focus on the readership result. Success depends on moderating, pivoting, paying attention, running meetings and chasing down details.
