My skills include leadership/supervisory experience over clinical staff.Professional Experience includes working the front office as I have been cross trained to work as a receptionist, checking patients in and out, obtaining patient and insurance information, verifying patient benefits, collecting co-pays and balances, entering and updating all patient info in computer system. I have also worked as a scheduler to include scheduling daily appointments for providers, ensuring smooth patient flow, notifying staff when a patient arrives and of any issues that may occur. My experience also includes processing patient insurance referrals and obtaining insurance prior authorizations.
