Having developed my career in HR to Director level over 20 plus years, I have breadth and depth of experience across the HR spectrum to offer. This ranges from organisational design including project managing business restructure, leadership development projects, Total reward management, change management, talent & succession planning, ED & I through to comprehensive employee relations and industrial relations experience. I have both UK national and international experience, and an agile approach to continually improving HR / OD & L&D. I am adept in HR operations and development and implementation of Hr/ People strategies As an ICF accredited coach, I also offer career and personal development coaching services to all levels, including use of Facet and Hogan psychometric tools and 360 feedback which I am also qualified to use. I have strengths in leadership development. I also provide mentoring services to developing HR practitioners and those studying in the field of HR. I take pleasure in developing HR teams and coaching HR departments in times of crisis. My style is pragmatic and I am commercially astute and always prepared to roll up my sleeves and put in the extra effort to see a challenge through at any operating level and at any stage in your HR journey.
