I am a passionate arts professional with over twenty years’ experience in the cultural industry, including performing & visual arts and heritage sectors. My experience covers many business areas including marketing, ticketing, IT, front of house, programming, learning, fundraising & memberships, corporate hire, catering and retail. I am someone who gets things done and finds solutions to problems. I have insight, can see opportunities and generate creative ideas. I have well-developed communication skills with a broad range of audiences and I am skilled in relationship building, being an effective networker and enjoying working collaboratively. I am a good team leader and enjoy nurturing talent and training. I have proven project management, research, analytical and report-writing skills and I am a strong believer in data-informed decision making. I also have excellent IT skills and organisational abilities. I have 17 years' technical expertise in Tessitura and am TCPD qualified in Tessitura Ticketing, Fundraising and Memberships.
