I thrive in a dynamic, high activity workplace, that views growth and development holistically, and values open-mindedness and communication. I support my peers in driving an innovative organization, from the inside out. I'm responsible for executing the day-to-day plans and strategies to foster a positive, productive, and valuable employee and partner experience. I co-lead internal growth and development initiatives, evaluation of operational processes, and Talent acquisition, managing recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and continued team training. Fostering, nurturing, and maintaining strong interpersonal relationships throughout an organization brings me joy, and I'm driven to continually support my team and peers in achieving a culturally welcoming and functioning work environment, where inclusion, equity, and diversity guide our work, our interactions, and our growth.
