Through IT systems administration, engineering and architecting, my 20+ years of experience has enhanced server infrastructures and datacenters, revitalized and modernized technology support services, leveraged resources to strengthen support requests, and guided productive outcomes for co-workers and clients. I have created roadmaps for comprehensive special projects, organized resources, people and deadlines and increased the efficiency of enterprise systems for which I was responsible for. I have a strong personal work ethic and display a disciplined and dedicated commitment to ensure successful completion of all projects, with a proven track record of getting things done. I interact happily and effectively with both peers and customers and build positive relationships with others while conveying a willingness to help, no matter the issue. My knowledge, skills and experience demonstrate competence in many areas: from installation and administration of Windows and ESXi Servers, VMware Clusters on Shared storage, Dell EMC SANs, NetApp Filers, QLogic SANbox and Brocade Fiber Switches and their zoning attributes. I have architected, deployed, migrated and/or upgraded various versions of MS Active Directory Domains with proficiency in user management DNS/DHCP/GPOs/RDP as well as Exchange Email Systems from 5.5 to 2016 I have in depth experience of Dell PowerEdge Servers and HP Proliant Servers, as well as their supporting software for monitoring, upgrading firmware and maintaining hardware compliance. I am currently expanding my educational horizons with course in Cloud and Security.
