Samsung Heavy Industries (Jan 2010 – Apr 2016) • Joined via Samsung Group’s open recruitment program in January 2010 • Worked in the accounting department, handling standalone financial closing and general accounting • From April 2013 to April 2016, stationed in Nigeria to establish the local subsidiary and manage finance operations NAVER Corp.(Nov 2017 – Apr 2022) • Joined NAVER’s Finance Management team in November 2017 • Until March 2020, handled consolidated P&L and financial closing, including investment capital elimination and impairment testing • From April 2020 to April 2022, served as a team leader at I&S Finance Connect 3, overseeing standalone financial closing for 19 subsidiaries NAVER WEBTOON (May 2022 – Present) • Appointed Finance Lead at NAVER WEBTOON in May 2022 • Led the implementation of the consolidated accounting system, managed standalone financial closing for WEBTOON group entities, and served as PM for key finance-related projects (until March 2023) • From March 2023, seconded to Wattpad in Toronto, Canada, as Finance Manager • As of March 2024, promoted to Finance Lead for Wattpad and affiliated entities • Appointed as North America Head of Finance in November 2024, overseeing finance operations for Wattpad, Wattpad Webtoon Studios (Canada), and WEBTOON Entertainment Inc.(US)
